We act for this property developer on multiple large scale projects. Currently, we are acting on the development of the Kauri Residences in Browns Bay, Auckland. This is a unit-titled luxury apartment block comprising 53 residential units as well as 5 commercial units. This has involved the initial purchase of the development block as well as the subdivision and sale of the units. We are also acting on the Selo development in Glen Eden, Auckland, comprising 236 freehold residential townhouses. We have acted on the initial purchase of the land, the staged subdivision, the establishment of the residents’ association (an incorporated society), and the sell-down of the units.
