We acted for Aurora Financial Group Limited (a successful provider of financial and insurance solutions) in relation to the sale of its business and assets to Enva Financial Limited (part of the larger Haven Group). Aurora Financial was established by Simon Rolland in 2018 and, at settlement in April 2024, had grown to more than 100 employees and with annual revenue in excess of $25M.
We advised the vendor on all aspects of the transaction, including drafting of the sale and purchase agreement and all other ancillary documents (corporate approvals, deeds of assignment of leases, corporate documents, rollover documentation for key staff), negotiating key aspects of the transaction and attending to settlement.
