Advised the board of Centrapay Limited on its roll up into Futurverse Corporation, a New Zealand-based rollup of 8 companies that is trying to create the foundation for an immersive version of the Internet that offers a user-directed, interoperable environment merging social media, gaming, commerce and finance in an easily accessed format. This included negotiation and drafting of all key transaction documents (SPA and shareholders agreements) for the benefit of all shareholders
