We acted for the Landlord on the arbitration of a ground rent market review for a container terminal in Wiri, Auckland. The issues involved in the rent review included development issues and regulatory issues along with complex valuation issues. The arbitration resulted in a favourable arbitrated ground rent being determined for our client.
