We acted for Healthcare Group NZ Limited on its sale to ASX listed Integral Diagnostics Limited of 100% of the shares in Horizon Radiology Limited.
We advised the vendor on all aspects of the transaction, including completing a comprehensive vendor legal due diligence report (with reliance for the purchaser), drafting and negotiating the sale & purchase agreement, investment agreements, leasing issues, satisfying conditions precedent and attending to completion.
