Paul is a trusted advisor and accomplished corporate lawyer with more than two decades of experience guiding businesses through complex commercial decisions. Having recently returned to New Zealand after a number of years working across the Middle East, Paul brings a global perspective and calm judgement shaped by advising in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.

Paul works closely with business owners, boards and investors on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, financing, and commercial contracts.

Outside the office, Paul is a devoted father to four kids and is happily settling back into family life in New Zealand. His spare time is either spent on the sidelines following his sons’ rugby, or embracing the community and balance that come with being home again after years abroad.
