About Yvonne Chang

Yvonne is a corporate lawyer with experience across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A transactions, commercial contracting, corporate governance and advisory. Before joining Burton Partners, Yvonne practised at a leading international law firm and later worked in-house at one of New Zealand’s largest healthcare organisations. Having worked on legal matters from both sides of the table, she understands the importance of giving advice that is clear, pragmatic, and aligned with business objectives.
 
Outside of work, Yvonne is a keen runner (at least most of the time) and the growing world of hybrid sports has recently caught her eye.
