Nick is an experienced corporate lawyer with a focus on providing timely and strategic advice that delivers from a legal and commercial perspective.  He advises clients on a range of corporate/commercial matters with a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, financing, and commercial contracts. 

His recent transactions include:

• Advising Healthcare Group NZ Limited on the sale of all of the shares in Horizon Radiology to ASX listed Integral Diagnostics
• Advising the shareholders of Kahu Veterinary Equipment Limited on the sale of all the shares to Stockholm listed Vimian Group
• Advising TDDA on the sale of its business to interests associated with Healthcare Holdings Limited and related joint venture arrangements

Nick is a ‘retired’ semi-pro cyclist and a keen golfer. He has four young daughters who keep him on his toes.
