About Ian Jespersen

Ian has extensive experience acting for corporates and high-net-worth clients on property development, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and restructuring. His work includes residential, commercial and industrial developments, as well as infrastructure funding and Public Works Act acquisitions.

He also advises on wealth-holding structures, trusts, and telecommunications leasing. Ian’s career has included senior roles at one of New Zealand’s leading firms and several years in London advising major developers and telco interests.
