Nick has spent more than 20 years helping developers, investors and major tenants get property deals across the line. He focuses on acquisitions, disposals, staged developments and complex leasing, including national retail and office portfolios.

Clients know him for being pragmatic and responsive — keeping projects moving without overcomplicating the process. He has advised institutional landlords, private investors and national tenants, with experience across industrial, commercial and residential developments throughout New Zealand. Time working in the UK also gave him a valuable international perspective.

When he’s not working through the details of a deal, Nick can usually be found with his family or enjoying Auckland’s harbour and beaches.
